Our office is located in Santa Maria, Sal Island (Cape Verde). From here, our team manages all guest check-ins, property inspections, and owner services.

What islands do you cover?

We currently manage properties on Sal, Boa Vista, and São Vicente, with new listings added regularly on other islands.

Booking and Payments

How can I book a property?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfers for some long-term stays.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, most properties require a booking deposit (20–30%) to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance can usually be paid before arrival or at check-in, depending on the listing.

Are there any booking fees?

No hidden fees. Prices displayed on Rentals CV are final and include cleaning and management costs, unless otherwise stated in the property details.
